Bean soup

bean soupIngredients:

an onion

a carrot cut in small cubes

250 g. of tomato paste

two garlic pieces cut in cubes

400 g. of bean

a pumpkin cut small cubes

peel from 1/2 lemon

1/4 spoonful of dried mint

top of a knife thyme

a bay leaf

salt, pepper, olive oil

400 g. core of artichokes

Beans on FoodistaHow to prepare: You fry the minced onion in a spoon of olive oil. Add carrot, tomatoes and garlic and let it on the fire for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Then add beans and water. Cover pan and let them boil for 10 minutes. Add the pumpkin, lemon peel, mint, thyme and the bay leaf, salt and pepper. Cover and let boil again. Remove the bay leaf and two cups of soup and mix to obtain a puree, then mix that with the rest of soup. Artichokes are fried in olive oil until becomes brown. Serve in soup plates and add in the middle core of artichokes.

Brazilian coffee

Ingredients:brazilian coffee

How to prepare: Over the fresh prepared coffee, add an equal quantity of hot cocoa, and sugar. Serve warm.

Mashed cauliflower

Ingredients:cauliflower

500 g. cauliflower

300 g. potatoes

50 g. butter

1 cup of milk

salt

How to prepare: You put the potatoes and cauliflower (cleaned) to boil. Cauliflower on FoodistaThrow away water, and mash them with butter and milk.

Tiramisu

Ingredients: Tiramisu

500 g. of biscuits

500 g. sweet cheese

3 eggs

4 small cups of coffee

sweet liqueur

cocoa

150 g. of sugar

How to prepare: Mix the yolks with sugar and add the cheese and the white stuff from the eggs (beaten untill it becomes a foam). You dip the biscuits in coffee and add liqueur. On a shelf you lie down a layer of cream over which you put a layer of biscuits … and so on. You put the cocoa on top.

Espresso foam

Ingredients:espresso foam

8 yolks

8 tablespoons of sugar

300 ml. cold espresso

500 ml. whipped cream

4 half-peach

50 g. flakes almonds

How to prepare: You beat the yolks with 6 tablespoons of sugar. You put the recipient in bain-marie and include the espresso, while steering. We need to get a fluffy cream. You take the bowl out of the water and put in a recipient on ice. Mix until the composition cools. You beat the cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix it with the rest. Put the cream in dessert bowls. Cut slices of peach in half and decorative the espresso cream. You fry the almonds and sprinkle the cream. You can decorate with mint leaves.

Milk desert

Ingredients:milk_dessert

4 eggs

1 l. milk

100 g. sugar

some lemon juice

How to cook it: Separate the eggs (the yolk from the white stuff). Make a mousse out of the white part of the eggs (beat it until it gets hard); add some sugar and the lemon juice. Heat the milk (but don’t boil it). Take some mousse with a spoon and put it in the milk. Let it in 1-2 minutes on each side, then take it out. After you do this, add the yolk mixed with sugar. Let it boil a little, then pour the cream over the pieces of mousse.
