Vegetarian Pizza
Ingredients (for 4 pizza): 
450 grams of flour
10 g. of yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
200 ml. hot water
150 g cheese
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 can (400 grams) of tomatoes
200 g fresh mushrooms
100 g. of olives (without peeps)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 onion
salt and pepper
How to proceed: Mix the yeast with sugar, add 3-4 tablespoons water and 2 tablespoons flour. After 10 minutes mix the yeast with flour and the water left and make a dough, then leave it to rest, covered, in warm place. Divide the dough into 4 and stretch it round with a diameter of about 28-30 cm and width of 2-3 mm. Mix the tomato paste with oil, sugar, tomato juice, oregano, salt and pepper. Put 3-4 tablespoons of the sauce on each pizza blat and stretch evenly. Sprinkle the cheese, put onion cut in washers and sliced mushrooms. Put the olives cut in washers and add salt and pepper. Cook pizza in the hot oven, until it cooks well on top.
