Vegetarian Pizza

Ingredients (for 4 pizza): vegetarian pizza

450 grams of flour

10 g. of yeast

1 teaspoon sugar

200 ml. hot water

150 g cheese

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1 can (400 grams) of tomatoes

200 g fresh mushrooms

100 g. of olives (without peeps)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon of oregano

1 onion

salt and pepper

How to proceed: Mix  the yeast with sugar, add 3-4 tablespoons water and 2 tablespoons flour. After 10 minutes mix the yeast with flour and the water left and make a dough, then leave it to rest, covered, in warm place. Divide the dough into 4 and stretch it round with a diameter of about 28-30 cm and width of 2-3 mm. Mix the tomato paste with oil, sugar, tomato juice, oregano, salt and pepper. Put 3-4 tablespoons of the sauce on each pizza blat and stretch evenly. Sprinkle the cheese, put onion cut in washers and sliced mushrooms. Put the olives cut in washers and add salt and pepper. Cook pizza in the hot oven, until it cooks well on top.

Apricot and melon jam

Ingredients: apricot and melon jam

500 g. apricots

1 melon

400 g. sugar

1 lemon

How to proceed: You peel the boiled aprocots and take out the pips. Cut the mellon in two, remove the pips and peel away. Mix the melon with apricots in a bowl with the mixer and add lemon juice. Pour and composition in a tall vessel, add sugar and bring to boil, stirring continuously, until the jam drops. Pour the jam in clean jars and close the caps. Put the jars mouth down for 5 minutes then let them to cool down (with a blanket on top of the jars).

Cucumber salad with tomatoes and onions

Ingredientsvegetable salad

3 cucumbers

2-3 tomatoes

2-3 tablespoons oil

1 tablespoon of vinegar

salt and pepper

How to proceed: You peel the cucumbers, cut them in slices and salt them; then let them in a bowl 20-30 minutes. Add the sliced onion and mix with oil, vinegar and pepper. At the end, add the tomatoes on top.

Salted croissants

Ingredients:salted croissants

1 kg. of flour

400 g of butter

4 eggs

50 g. of sourcream

150 g of milk

yeast

How to proceed: Mix the flour well with the butter. Make a nest in the middle, in which add 4 eggs and sourcream. In the milk (which has to be slightly warm) mix the yeast with a little sugar and salt. When it rises  up put it in the nest and mix. Add on top caraway and grated cheese. Grease with beaten egg and bake.

Dill sauce

Ingredients: dill sauce

100 ml. milk

50 g. of butter

flour

chopped dill

How to proceed: Put flour into a dry pan (or pot) and fry for a few minutes. Add the boiled milk and mix incessantly. Let them stew for 15 Dill on Foodistaminutes. Before taking the vessel off the fire add the dill.
