How to proceed: Cut everything, salt them and let them for 3-4 hours. Put them in jars and add oil on top.

How to cook: Cut the mild peppers and salt them. Leave for 24 hours. Add the sugar and leave them for another 2-3 hours. Then add 1 L of vinegar and mix the ingredients. Put in jars and close them.
