Tomatoes and mild peppers salad

Ingredients: tomato and pepper salad

3 kg. tomatoes

1 kg. mild peppers

1 spoon of salt

How to cook: Wash the vegetables and cook them in the oven, on a tray or a grill. Put the cooked mild peppers in a pot, cover and let them cool, then peel them and take out the stones. When the tomatoes are cookes, let them cool then peel them and mash them toghether with the mild peppers. Mix the tomatoes with the peppers, add salt and put them in jars. Sterilize the jars in bain marie for 25 minutes.
