Bilberry brandy
Ingredients:
bilberries
sugar
alcohol (90%)
How to proceed: Bilberry brandy is made out of raw fruits. You wash the bilberries and put them in a big glass receipient. You pour the sugar on them (3-400 grams of sugar for 1 kg. of fruit). Move the receipient until the you see liquid from the fruits. After 3 days you add alcohol (300 ml. for 1 kg of fruits) and leave for aproximately 6 weeks. After 2-3 months it’s ready to be consumed.
