Boiled potatoes donuts

Ingredients:potato donuts

600 g potatoes
300 g butter
2 eggs
salt and pepper

How to proceed: Peel the potatoes, boil them, then mash them. Add butter, mix well, then add the eggs (one at the time) and put salt and pepper. Divide the composition in small pieces with a spoon and place it on a tray sprinkled with flour. Roll the pieces of the mixture in flour, make them round with your hands and place them on a greased tray sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Bake the donuts in the oven.

Salted cookies

Ingredients:salted cookies

250 g butter
250 g sour cream
1 yolk
flour
salt
1 envelope of baking powder
cheese (salted)
caraway
one whole egg

How to bake: Mix the butter with the sour cream, the yolk, flour, a little salt and baking powder. Let it rest for 1 hour. Then spread it on the table, graze over the cheese, sprinkle with salt and caraway, grease with a beaten egg and cut in strips. Bake the strips in the oven.

Yogurt sauce with mint

Ingredients: yogurt mint sauce

200 g yogurt
2-3 spoons of olive oil
1 spoon of lemon juice
1 clove
2-3 leaves of mint

How to prepare: Chop the garlic and mix with the other ingredients.

Vegetarian “sarmale”

Ingredients: sarmale recipe

1 kg. rice
2 packages of soy beans (granules)
5 onions
2 cans of mushrooms
condiments (salt, pepper, paprika, etc.).
pickled cabbage leaves

Cabbage on FoodistaHow to cook: Fry the onion cut small in oil, add the soy granules, rice, mushrooms and spices. Pack this mixture in the cabbage leaves and boil until the rice is cooked.

Rice with apples

Ingredients: rice with apples

a cup of apple juice
a cup of rice
1 spoon of butter
an apple

How to prepare: Cut the apple and boil it in apple juice. When it begins to boil, add the rice. Add the butter and let it boil until the juice decreases.

Fish with cheese and peas

Ingredients:fish with peas

500 g fish fillets
50 g. butter
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
100 g. of cheese
2 tomatoes
100 g. of peas
salt and pepper

How to cook: Cut the fillet of fish, tomatoes and cheese in 8 slices. Put them on a tray and on top add pieces of butter (cut small cubes) and tomato paste. Let the tray in the oven until the fish is done. Meanwhile, boil the peas.  Put the fish on a plate, add sauce from the tray and decorate with peas. Add salt and pepper to your taste.

Chocolate cake with bananas

Ingredients: banana chocolate cake

4 eggs
300 g. sugar
1/2 envelope vanilla sugar
180 g. flour
10 g cocoa powder
1 spoon baking powder
5 bananas
200 g sweet cheese
50 g grazed chocolate
5 g gelatin
500 ml. whipped cream

How to bake: Heat up the oven. Separate the eggs; beat the yolks with 4 tablespoons of hot water, 180 grams of sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the beaten egg whites, flour, cocoa and baking powder. Cook for 30 minutes in cake form with baking paper, then let it cool. Make holes in the dough of half inch in depth, and leave a ring of 1 cm around the wholes. Chop small the dough taken out of the holes. Cut 3 bananas and and put them on the dough. Mix another banana with crushed cheese, the remaining 120 grams of sugar and grazed chocolate. Dissolve the gelatin and add it to the cheese mixture. Leave this somewhere cold for a while. Then add the whipped cream to the chees mixture and add it on the dough. Sprinkle on top the pieces of dough you chopped earlier and decorate with slices of banana.

Fish baked in foil

Ingredients:fish baked in foil

oceanic fish
juice from one lemon
1-2 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper
grazed cheese
1 lettuce
2 mild peppers
a can of mushrooms
2 tablespoons of oil
3 tablespoons of flavored vinegar
100 ml. vegetable soup
sugar

How to cook: Cut the fish, clean it and put it on aluminum foil. Sprinkle with lemon and salt it. Add on top slices of garlic and grazed cheese. Pack the fish in foil and roast on the grill or in the oven about 20 minutes.
Serve with salad: clean the lettuce and cut it in pieces, cut the mushrooms and peppers. Mix oil with vinegar, vegetable soup, salt, sugar and pepper. Pour the mixture over the salad ingredients.

Fish with olives

Ingredients:fish with olives

500 g fish fillet
2 lemons
200 g. rice
salt and pepper
4 onions
2 pieces of garlic
1 green onion
4 tomatoes
black olives (without stones)
4 tablespoons oil
1 small spoon of thyme
How to cook: Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice. Leave it for 30 minutes while you boil the rice. Chop the onion and garlic, wash the green onion and cut it in pieces, crest the tomatoes and boil them. Cut the olives round. Fry the ingredients in oil with thyme. Add salt and pepper. Add the fish to the vegetables, with the lemon juice and boil together for 10 minutes. Serve the fish with rice.

Gingerbread with almonds

Ingredients: gingerbread

250 g. almonds
8 eggs
250 g. sugar
peel from a lemon
cinnamon
1 envelope vanilla sugar
semolina

How to bake: Grind the almonds (peeled). Separate the eggs and beat the yolks with powdered sugar. Add the almonds, lemon peel and vanilla sugar. Finally, add the beaten egg whites. Grease a cookie form with butter and sprinkle it with semolina. Place in the dough and bake for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar before serving.
