Cauliflower with Pasta
Ingredients:
1/2 of a cauliflower
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons of flour
2 glasses of milk
1/4 cup of grazed parmesan
1/4 cup of grazed cheese
250 g. boiled pasta
breadcrumbs, pepper, salt and dye
How to cook: Unwrap the cauliflower into a vessel that boils in bain-marie, then put the cauliflower into a vessel of 2 liters. In a pan melt the butter and add the flour. Leave it on fire fir 3 minutes, stirring constantly (not to burn). Separately heat the milk and pour over the hot sauce made with flour, stirring constantly until the sauce begins to boil. Add the spices and parmesan and mix again. Then take the pan off the fire and add cheese. Combine the pasta with the cauliflower and pour the sauce over. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pepper and place it in the heated oven for 30-40 minutes.
