Potato salad
Ingredients:
1 kg. potatoes
2-3 onions
250 ml. vegetable soup
some olive oil
salt, pepper
some aromatic vinegar
4-5 tomatoes
some basil
How to prepare: Boil the potatoes unpeeled. Cut onion slices or cubes and boil it with the potatoes for 5 minutes. Add vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Now take the potatoes out and peel. Cut them in slices and cover with the hot juice. Let it penetrate for 1/2 hour. Cut the tomatoes in slices. Put the potatoes on a plate, along with tomatoes and basil.
