Vegetarian “sarmale”
Ingredients: 
1 kg. rice
2 packages of soy beans (granules)
5 onions
2 cans of mushrooms
condiments (salt, pepper, paprika, etc.).
pickled cabbage leaves
How to cook: Fry the onion cut small in oil, add the soy granules, rice, mushrooms and spices. Pack this mixture in the cabbage leaves and boil until the rice is cooked.
