Chocolate cake with whipped cream

Ingredients:chocolate cake

160 g. of flour

150 g. sugar

3 eggs

200 ml. milk

chocolate cream (nutella or any kind)

whipped cream

vanilla sugar

1 small pack of yeast

How to bake: Mix the ingredients: eggs, sugar, milk, flour, yeast and a bit of salt. Place the dough into a cake form, for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Then cut it in two and grease the bottom with nutella, then with whipped cream. Put the top and sprinkle with vanilla sugar.

Peas saute with sippets

Ingredients: peas saute

1 kg peas
150 g butter
100 ml oil
1/2 L of milk
2 eggs
some dill
a few slices of bread
salt

How to cook: Boil the peas in water with salt. Meanwhile beat the eggs in a deep plate and pour the milk into another deep plate. Pass each slice of bread in milk first, then in egg and then fry them in oil on both sides. Then drain the juice of boiled peas and fry them in butter, adding salt to your taste. Add shredded dill and serve.

Orange cake

Ingredients: orange cookie

2 oranges
150 g butter
150 g sugar
120 g flour
2 eggs
1/2 spoon baking powder
1 scoop of orange liqueur

for decorating:
2 oranges
100 g sugar
20 g butter

How to bake: Peel the oranges and squeeze them. Mix well the butter with sugar until you obtain a cream. Add the juice from one orange and the liqueur, then the eggs, beaten a bit and added one at a time. Add the flour with the baking powder, grazed orange peel and mix well. Butter and flour a cooking tray. Pour the composition in it and cook in the oven for 25 minutes. Remove the tray from oven and let it cool. Meanwhile, in a small pan add 100 g of sugar, 2 tablespoons water, 20 g of butter and the oranges cut washers. Place the pan on fire until you obtain a golden caramel. Pour this syrup over the cake and decorate with slices of oranges.

Chocolate cake

Ingredients: chocolate cake

200 g. chocolate

200 g. sugar

200 g butter

4 eggs

3 tablespoons of flour

a peak of salt

How to bake: Melt the chocolate in a vessel on fire with 2 tablespoons of water, butter and sugar. Add the yolks and let it rest a little. Beat the whites as foam and add them to the composition, then add flour, mix well and pour it into a tray with baking paper. Place in the oven for 20 minutes, then sprinkle with cocoa.

Vegetable sauce

Ingredients:vegetable sauce

2-3 tomatoes
1 parsley
4-5 carrots
1 / 2 spoon of oil
dill

How to prepare: Peel and wash the carrots and parsley. Cut them in slices and fry them in oil. Then add the cut tomatoes and let them boil about 10 minutes, then smash them. Boil the composition once more.

Apple dumplings (apples in pijamas)

Ingredients:apple dumplings

1 kg of apples
4 tablespoons of flour
80 g margarine
4 spoons sugar
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons water
2 spoons vinegar
1 yolk

How to prepare: Peel the apples, remove the middle and fill them with jam. From flour, margarine, water and vinegar prepare a dough in which you put the apples. Grease the apples wrapped in dough with yolk. Lay the apples in a tray greased with flour and bake the apples. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Potatoe schnitzel

Ingrediente:potato schnitzel

1/2 kg potatoes
2 eggs
bread crumbs
flour
100 g cheese
salt
oil

How to cook: Boil the potatoes in the shell. Meanwhile, graze the cheese and mix it with bread crumbs. Peel the potatoes and cut them in slices. Soak them in flour, then in the beaten eggs and mixed then in the breadcrumbs with cheese. Fry them in oil.

Carrot saute

Ingredients:carrot saute

1/2 kg of carrots

4 onions

2 tablespoons of tomato paste

some dill

salt and pepper

How to prepare: Boil carrots and cut them in washers. Chop the onions and fry them in oil, then add the carrots. Let it boil a bit, then add the tomato paste. Add chopped dill and salt and pepper.

Spinach croquets

Ingredients:

1 kg spinachspinach croquets

2 eggs

50 g grazed cheese

flour and breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons white sauce

1 grazed potato

salt and pepper

oil

How to cook: Boil the spinach and chop it small, then mix with white sauce, 1 egg, salt, pepper, grazed potato and grazed cheese. Form the croquets and dip them in flour, egg and then bread crumbs and fry them in oil.

Pancakes cake with spinach, mushrooms and cheese

Ingredients: pancake cake with mushrooms spinach and cheese

1 egg
50 g cheese
1 spoon of sour cream

Pancakes: pancakes dough

Spinach stuffing:
1/2 kg spinach
a spoon of butter
a spoon of flour

Mushroom stuffing:
1/2 kg mushrooms
one spoon of butter
2 onions
one spoon of flour
some milk

Cheese stuffing:
150 g salted cheese
1 egg
2 tablespoons sour cream

How to cook: Prepare the pancakes.
Wash and boil the spinach, cut it small and fry it in butter. Add flour mixed in a little water.
Cut the mushrooms and the onions and fry them in butter. Add flour mixed with a little milk and let it all boil a bit.
Graze the cheese and mix it with the eggs and sour cream.
In a cake form greased with butter and bread crumbs add one pancake, then spinach, another pancake, mushrooms, pancake, cheese and so on. Over the last pancake pour a beaten egg mixed with sour cream. Leave it in the oven 5 minutes. Then remove the tray, sprinkle grazed cheese and let it again in the oven 10 minutes.
