Eggs filled with milk sauce

Ingredients:stuffed eggs with milk sauce

4 eggs
8 slices of bread
1 spoon of sour cream
3 spoons of butter
1 cup of milk
salt and pepper
1 yolk
1 spoon of dill
1 onion
1 spoon of flour

Egg on FoodistaHow to cook: Boil the eggs, then cut them in half. Remove the yolks and mash them into a bowl, then mix with the onion fried in butter. Add sour cream, salt, pepper and fill the egg halves. Fry slices of bread in butter, then remove the core of bread and place the eggs in place of the core removed. Put on a plate and pour the sauce over.
Sauce: Fry 1/2 spoon of butter with flour, then add milk. Leave it on fire 2-3 minutes. Add the yolk, while stirring, then add salt and dill.
