Broccoli moussaka
Ingredients:
a broccoli
a small cauliflower
an onion
a clove of garlic
3 eggs
150 g cheese
salt
grind nut
2 tablespoons of flour
1/2 cup of milk
cheese cut slices
How to cook: Boil the broccoli and the cauliflower until soft (boil separately, the broccoli boils mush faster). Fry the onion and garlic and mix them with the vegetables. Crush everything with a fork, salt and put everything in a bowl. Add the eggs, cheese, flour, milk, nut and salt. Place everything in a tray greased with butter and flour and cook in bain-marie for 25-30 minutes. Then roll over the dough, cover it with slices of cheese and let it cool, then serve.
