Fish brioche
Ingredients:
200 g. of fish
4 eggs
200 ml. olive oil
a small yogurt
300 g. flour
1/2 pack of yeast
1 spoon of bicarbonate
1 spoon of sugar
salt
some dill
How to cook: Beat the eggs and slowly add oil, yogurt, flour mixed with yeast, sugar and bicarbonate. Salt and add the fish and dill. Grease the brioches with butter and flour, then bake in the oven.
