Slices of crisp chocolate

Ingredients:slices of crisp chocolate

125 g chocolate
50 g butter
50 g crushed nuts
50 g figs
50 g biscuits
80 g raisins
2 tablespoons red wine
30 g sugar
caramel

How to cook: Melt the chocolate in bain-marie. Add the butter and sugar, mix with a wooden spoon until you get a creamy composition. Chop the biscuits and add them in the composition together with the figs, walnuts and raisins. Then add wine and mix the composition. Meanwhile butter and flour a baking tray. Pour the composition in it and leave it in the refrigerator for several hours.

The icing: Melt 80 grams of sugar with 4 tablespoons water, and let it on fire, stirring all the time, to obtain a cream caramel. Pour the hot caramel into a greased tray and let it cool. When cold, crush it in pieces. Sprinkle over caramel over the tray with the chocolate composition.
