Potatoes with tomatoes and garlic

Ingredients: potatoes with tomatoes and garlic

1 kg potatoes

oil

salt

2-3 tomatoes

3-4 cloves of garlic

dill

How to cook: Peel and fry the potatoes in a saucepan with a glass of oil. Peel the tomatoes, cut them in small cubes and add them in the saucepan, add salt and cover with a lid. Let the potatoes stew for 10 minutes, then add the chopped garlic and finally, sprinkle with dill.

    Yum, I could make this in my crockpot, i think :) and add some cheese too!
