Strawberry cream
Ingredients:
4 eggs
250 g strawberries
1/2 L. of milk
125 g sugar
6 gelatin sheets
2 tablespoons flour
some rum essence
How to prepare: Separate the eggs and beat well the yolks with sugar until it dissolves. Then add the flour and cold milk. Place on low fire until the composition thickens, stirring continuously. Soak the sheets of gelatin in cold water, then melt in approx. 2 tablespoons of hot water and mix with the yolks. Wash the strawberries and smash them. Mix the yolk composition with the strawberries, beat the whites as foam, and add essence of rum to your taste. Put the composition in cups and store in the refrigerator until served.
