Croissants

Ingredients: croissants

250 ml yoghurt

250 g butter

1 egg

yeast

1/2 kg rahat lakoum

sugar vanilla

flour

sugar

How to bake: MakeĀ  a dough from flour, yogurt, egg, yeast, butter (or margarine) and vanilla sugar and leave it to rest 2-3 hours. Stretch a thin sheet, cut squares of it and on each place small cubes of lakoum. Then form the croissants and bake them. When they are ready decorate with powdered sugar.

    Hi,I have already tasted croissants. In fact, there are different kinds of croissants. The one thats in the picture looks like mini croissant and has no fillings inside. Looks yummy.
