Rice with milk and chocolate or cherry syrup

Ingredients: rice with milk and chocolate or cherry syrup

100 g. rice
1/2 L of milk
200 ml. of whipped cream
50 g. sugar
vanilla essence
cinnamon
cherry juice
chocolate cream

How to prepare: Let the rice stand in warm water 20 minutes, then boil it for half an hour with milk, sugar, vanilla essence and cinnamon. Mix the cooled rice with whipped cream. In a glass (or dessert bowl) put cherry juice and a scoop of rice, then cherry juice again and so on. For the chocolate rice you do the same, alternating chocolate cream with rice. You may decorate with fruit and nuts or almonds.
