Cuisine of artichokes

Ingredients:artichoke recipe

4 pieces of artichokes
an onion
4 peeled tomatoes
olive oil
salt and pepper
oregano
50 g. of spicy cheese

How to cook: Cut the onion and artichokes thin. Place them in a bowl with the tomatoes cut small, oil, salt, pepper and oregano and mix well. Then put the mixture into a tray and place in oven for 20 minutes, until they are baked. When ready, add spicy cheese on top and leave it to melt.
