Omelet of shrimp and leeks
Ingredients:
2 pieces of leek
some shrimp
5 eggs
40 g bread
4 tablespoons cheese race

How to prepare: Cut the leeks and fry them in oil with a drop of water to soften. When the leeks are fried, add in the shrimps and let them stew.
Beat 5 eggs in a bowl and add the leeks and shrimps. Soak in milk the bread then mix it with eggs, add cheese, salt, mix well and fry everything in the pan.
