Apple strudel

Ingredients:

2 apples apple strudel
strudel sheets
a few tablespoons of jam
raisins
4-5 tablespoons sugar
an egg
sugar
some cinnamon

How to bake: Peel the apples and cut them small. Lay the sheets of strudel on a baking paper in a tray and grease the with jam, then add the apples and raisins and powder with sugar and cinnamon. Before closing the strudel sheets, separated the eggs, ,grease the sheets with the whites. Close the strudel. Once closed, grease the sheets again with yolk diluted with a little water. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes and decorate with powdered sugar.
