Meatballs with beet

Ingredients:

300 g. of beet meatballs with beet
200 g cream cheese
150 g cheese
salt
bread crumbs
butter
flour
cheese race
2 eggs

How to cook: Salt the beet and let it stand a minute, then chop it in the mixer. Mix it with cream cheese, eggs, shaved cheese, salt and add 2-3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Mix and get a composition from which form the meatballs the size of a finger, roll them in flour and sit them carefully in the boiled water. Let them stay in water a bit, then fry in a pan in butter. Serve sprinkled with cheese race.
