Rice with seafood
Ingredients:
300 g. rice
400 g of seafood
condiments for fish
a small onion
a clove of garlic
tomato sauce
parsley
salt and pepper
oil
How to cook: Boil 1 liter and a half of water with the spices and boil the rice in it. In a pan fry the onions cut small and the seafood with a little water. Fry for 5 minutes, add salt, tomato juice and pepper. Let the pan in fire for 10 minute, covered. Put the rice on a plate and pour the seafood sauce over. Decorate with parsley.
