Peppers and cheese paste

Ingredients: peppers and cheese paste

2-3 red peppers
1 yellow pepper
1 clove
2 small corms
cheese race
salted cheese
basil

How to prepare: Baked in the oven the cut peppers toghether with the garlic and corms for half an hour. Then let them cool and peel the peppers. Mash everything together with the cheese, add some juice that remained from the peppers while baking, add salt and pepper, cheese race and basil.

Chocolate cookies

Ingredients:
chocolate cookies
100 g chocolate

100 g. butter

80 g. sugar

40 g flour

2 eggs

How to bake: Grease with butter several forms of cookies. Melt the chocolate on fire with butter, then add the eggs, sugar and flour, stirring well to obtain a homogeneous cream. Pour the mixture in the cookie forms and fill up nearly half. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve hot.

Cheesecake

Ingredients:cheesecake

lasagna sheets
250 g cream cheese
2 eggs
100 g. sugar
100 g chocolate race

How to bake: Put the lasagna sheets in a tray and lift the edges slightly. Bake them in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Mix the cream cheese with the eggs, sugar and chocolate. Pour the mixture over the lasagna sheets and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Tomato food

Ingredients: tomato food

1 kilo of tomatoes
1 cube of spices
2 cloves  of garlic
chilli
salt and pepper
5-6 slices of bread without peel
cheese race
basil

How to prepare: Cut the tomatoes in pieces and bake them in a pot with some oil. In a frying pan fry the chopped garlic and then add the tomatoes, salt, spices and let it sit on fire. Add the bread in the soup while it is on fire. Let it cool and serve with cheese on top and basil.

Tuna with almonds

Ingredients:

100 g almonds
3-4 slices of bread
500 g tuna fillet
rosemary
oil
salt and pepper
a clove

How to cook: In a pan fry the chopped clove, the almonds, the cut pieces of bread, add salt and pepper and a little rosemary. After frying mix everything to obtain a paste. Fry the fish in a pan (1 and a half minute on each side). Then cut the fillet in pieces big as a finger and notch them. Pour the sauce over and serve.

Noodles with mushrooms

Ingredients: noodles with mushrooms

250 g noodles
3-4 mushrooms
10 grains of white grapes
a clove
a glass of white wine
parsley or dill
salt and pepper
cheese race

How to cook: Fry the choppes garlic in oil. Add mushrooms cut in pieces. Leave it a little on fire then add the grapes cut in halves, the glass of wine and the dill (or parsley). Then add the noodles in the hot juice left until they soften. Add a little butter and cheese race and serve.

Chocolate mousse

Ingredients: chocolate mousse

200 g chocolate

5 egg whites

a spoon of sugar

Hoe to prepare: Melt the chocolate on low fire with a few spoons of water and let it cool. Add the whites beaten as foam and sugar. Pour the composition in dessert bowls or mugs and store in the refrigerator. Serve with whipped cream.

Bun

Ingredients:

250 grams of butter
250 g. sugar
250 g. of flour
4 eggs
1 spoon of yeast
raisins

How to bake: Melt the butter and mix it with sugar, eggs, flour, salt and yeast. Add raisins. Pour the mixture into a cake form and bake for 40-50 minutes.

How is done: You melt the butter and mix with sugar, eggs, flour, iron salt and yeast. Then add raisins. Mixture flows into a form of cake and leave in oven for 40-50 minutes.

Peppers stuffed with cheese and tomato

Ingredients:stuffed peppers

3 red peppers
250 g. of cream cheese
some small tomatoes
basil
salt and pepper
oil
oregano
cheese race

How to cook: Cut the peppers’ tail, remove the seeds and boil the peppers in salted water for 15-20 minutes (boil not too soft, but not raw). Let them cool and meanwhile mix the cheese with the tomatoes cut small, salt, pepper and basil. Fill the peppers with this cream and put them in the oven for 20 minutes. When done sprinkle with cheese and oregano and let them gratinate a few minutes in the oven. Serve warm or cold.

Stuffed vegetables

Ingredients:stuffed vegetables

6 courgettes
2 small corms
an egg
50 g cheese race
a clove
oil
salt and pepper
butter
breadcrumbs

How to cook: Boil the vegetables until they soften a little. Cut the courgettes in halves (long) and cut the onion like this: remove the upper part and empty it inside. Remove the core from the  courgettes and place it in a pan with the remaining onions. Fry them with the chopped clove, then add salt. Mix the vegetables with cheese, add eggs and fill the courgette and onion halves. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over and add one spoon of butter on each half. Place the vegetables in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
