Rice with cheese

How to prepare: Boil the rice. When it’s almost cooked add the asparagus (also boiled) cut in pieces and fried in butter. Mix with cheese and chives and serve.

How to prepare: Place the leeks in a pot, cut rounds, the potatoes, cut in cubes, and add water to cover the vegetables, add salt and boil everything. When the potatoes and leeks soften crush everything and add milk.
In a pan with some oil fry the slices of bread cut cubes and when they are fried sprinkle cheese over them. Add the pieces of toast in the soup and serve.
