Cookies

Ingredients:

250 g butter cookies
200 g sugar
250 g flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon yeast
1 teaspoon of bicarbonate
125 g of cereals (the ones you put in milk)
250 g chocolate

How to bake: Beat the butter with sugar and when you obtain a foam add the eggs, flour, yeast, salt and bicarbonate, the crushed cereals and the crushed chocolate. If the composition is too soft you may leave it little in the fridge (for several minutes). The dough balls are then formed (about the size of a peach), placed in a tray on baking paper and baked for 10 minutes.

Coffee dessert

Ingredients:

2 cups of sugar coffee dessert
a cup of oil
one teaspoon of baking powder
a cup of warm coffee
2 eggs
3 cups of flour
a teaspoon of salt
chocolate race

How to prepare: Mix the sugar with oil, coffee and eggs. Separately mix the flour with baking powder and salt. Then mix the flour with the coffee and placed everything in an aluminum foil tray. Sprinkle over the chocolate race. Bake for 20 minutes, let it cool then cut the dessert in pieces and serve.

Pie with cheese and basil

Ingredients: pie cheese with basil

one ready-made pizza dough
250 g cream cheese
3 eggs
salt
100 g cheese race
100 g basil pasta
a tablespoon of tomato juice
some small tomatoes

How to prepare: Put the pizza dough into a cake form with baking paper and fold the edges so as to form a border. Spread the basil paste over the dough. Mix the cream cheese with the eggs, add salt, cheese race and tomato juice. Mix well then pour the mixture over the batter and bake for 30 minutes. Decorate with small tomatoes.

Lasagna with cheese and red cabbage

Ingredients:

1 pack of lasagna sheets lasagna with cheese and red cabbage
a red cabbage (less than 1 kg.)
1 onion
250 g cream cheese
200 g cheese
100 g salted cheese
200 g. flour sauce
50 g butter
salt and pepper

How to cook: Peel the onion and cabbage and cut them, then fry them in butter, add salt and pepper and leave them to cool. Mix the cream cheese with shaved cheese and 1/2 the amount of salted cheese.
Put a baking sheet in a tray, place a layer of lasagna sheets, then a layer of mixture with cheese covered with a layer of cabbage. Continue in the same order to the last layer of sauce made of flour and remaining cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.

Asparagus cream

Ingredients: asparagus cream

asparagus
butter
200 g. flour sauce
200 g sour cream
salt and pepper
cheese

How to prepare: Boil the asparagus cut pieces, then fry it in butter. In the sauce pan add the flour sauce (mix: one tablespoon of melted butter, flour and milk) and mix it all with sour cream, without boiling. Then add pepper and salt and serve with cheese.

Apple pie

Ingredients:

150 g sugarapple pie
180 g. flour
2 yolks
50 g butter
1/2 cup milk
a teaspoon of yeast
a peak of salt
a spoonful of sugar
3-4 apples

How to bake: Beat the yolks with sugar. Melt the butter and add half of it in the yolk, add milk, flour, yeast and a peak of salt. When ready, pour the dough into a cake form (or a tray). Peel the apples and cut them slices. Cover the dough with the slices of apple then bake for 30 minutes.

Pear pie

Ingredients: pear pie

200 g butter
200 g sugar
4 yolks
400 g. flour
a peak of salt
4 pears
2 tablespoons sugar

How to bake: Make the dough from mixing the ingredients and let it stand in the refrigerator for half an hour. Then divide it in half and spread both sides to obtain two “discs” a little wider than a pancake. Place a piece in the oven on baking paper in a pan, place the pears (peeled and cut pieces) over the dough, cover with the other piece of dough, “seal” the edges and bake for 30-35 minutes. When the cake has baked, allow it to cool then sprinkle with sugar.

Macaroni with broccoli

Ingredients:macaroni with broccoli

1 broccoli
150 g macaroni
breadcrumbs
2 cloves of garlic
olive oil
pepper

How it works: Boil the broccoli and then in the same water boil the pasta. Fry the breadcrumbs in a pan, then set them aside. In the same pan fry the garlic with some pepper, then add the broccoli and leave it on low fire. Add salt and then the pasta. Mix well and take the pan off the fire. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and serve.

Hazelnut cake

Ingredients:

150 g of hazelnuts
100 g butter
250 g sugar
3 eggs
100 g. flour
a peak of salt

How to bake: Fry the hazelnuts in a pan, then crush them small.
For the crust: Melt the butter, mix it with sugar, eggs, flour and salt, then add the peanuts. Pour everything into a round tray with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes.

Banana donuts

Ingredients: banana donuts

225 gr flour
150 ml milk
1 egg
2 bananas
1/2 pack of baking powder
oil
1 pack vanilla sugar

How to prepare: Place in a bowl the flour, milk, the egg, the sliced and chopped bananas and baking powder. Mix well. Take dough with a spoon and fry the donutsĀ  in oil.
