Courgette salad

Ingredients:

2 courgettescourgette salad
2 onions
3 thin slices of bread
1 1/2 slice of salted cheese
oil
lemon
salt and pepper

How to prepare: Cut the onions in small rings and lt them soak in cold water. Fry the bread slices cut in cubes in a pan with some oil. Cut the courgettes in long slices and mix them in a bowl with the onions and the cheese. Add oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and – before serving – the toasted bread.

Macaroni with saffron

Ingredients:

200 g. macaronimacaroni with saffron
1 small onion
some butter
oil
one spoon of cheese cream
saffron
salt
raced cheese

How to prepare: Fry the onion cut small in oil and butter. When the onion softens, add the pasta and a laddle of water, the saffron and later on the cheese cream. Salt and stirr well. When the macaroni are boiled take the pan off fire and add the raced chese. Mix well and serve with pepper.

Pizza Capricciosa

Ingredients:

one pizza dough

tomato juicepizza capricciosa

one can of mushrooms

green and black olives

artichoke

mozzarella cheese

3 spoons of olive oil

salt

How to prepare: Prepare the dough and place it in a tray. Grease it with one spoon of olive oil. Prepare the tomato juice by mixing the tomato juice with the rest of the olive oil and salt. Grease the dough also with the juice. While you let the dough rest, prepare the rest of the ingredients: cut the cheese in small cubes, cut the mushrooms and the artichoke (boiled) small and take out the stones from the olives. Place the ingredients on the pizza and bake for 15 minutes.

Butter biscuits

Ingredients:

250 g. butterbutter biscuits
300 g. flour
vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 egg
2 yolks
150 g. sugar

How to bake: Cut the butter in small pieces then use the mixer to mix it with flour. Add the vanilla sugar, salt, sugar, egg and yolks and mix well until you get a dough. Let it cool in the fridge for an hour, the form small balls with your hands from it and place them on a tray. Bake the biscuits in the oven for 10 minutes.

Chocolate cake

Ingredients:

100 g. peanutschocolate cake
100 g. sugar
150 g. butter
5 eggs
70 g. flour
a small pack of yeast
150 g. chocolate
250 g. apricot jam

for glazing:
125 g. chocolate
75 g. whipped cream

How to bake: Smash the peanuts and mix them with sugar, melted butter and the yolks. Beat the whites as foam and let them aside. Add flour and yeast in the peanuts mixture. Melt the chocolate with some teaspoons of water and add it in the mixture. At the end add the whites foam and put the whole mixture in a cake tray with baking paper. Bake for 25 minutes. After the dough is cooled cut it in half. Fill il with jam and close it.
For the glazing: melt the chocolate with the whipped cream and cover the cake with this glazing.

Gratinated tomatoes

Ingredients:

3 tomatoesgratinated tomatoes

100 g. breadcrumbs or toasted bread

1/2 glass of white wine

salt and pepper

oil

oregano

How to prepare: Cut the tomatoes in half, take out the pulp and salt them. Mix the breadcrumbs with tomato juice (from the pulp) and the wine until you get a cream. Fill the tomatoes with it, put them in a tray with baking paper, sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper and bake for 10 minutes.

Beans with chicory

Ingredients:

450 g. beansbeans with chicory
2 cloves of garlic
oil
pepper
1 onion
1 carrot
1 celery
2 pieces of chicory

How to prepare: Let the beans soak in water for 2 hours, then boil it with the onion, celery and carrot. Add salt, stirr from time to time and let it boil for about 1 1/2 hours – 2 hours. Meanwhile boil the chicory in a pan with water, then fry it in oil with the garlic chopped, salt and pepper. When the beans are ready, take out the carrot and celery and smash the beans to obtain a puree. Serve the chicory with the beans puree.

Pizza Quattro Formaggi

Ingredients :

one pizza dough pizza quattro formaggi

250 g gorgonzola chese

50 g mozzarella cheese

75 g salted cheese

50 g parmezan cheese

tomato sauce

oregano, salt and pepper

How to bake: Place the dough in a tray and grease it with tomato sauce. Cut every kind of cheese in cubes and place them on the pizza. Add oregano, salt and pepper on top and bake for 10-15 minutes.

Cream caramel

Ingredients:

1 L. of milk
4 eggs
8 yolks
250 g. sugar
1 vanilla stick
1 vanilla sugar pack

for the caramel:
150 g. sugar
1/2 glass of water

How to prepare: Put to 1 L. of milk and when it starts to boil, take it off fire, add the vanilal stick and let it rest for 20 minutes (after you take out the stick and throw it away). Mix well the sugar with the eggs and yolks, then add the milk. In a small pot heat up the sugar for the caramel with water until it forms a cream. Pour the mixture in a bowl,  on top add the caramel cream and let it in the oven in bain-marie. Serve cold.

Carrot pie

Ingredients:

400 g. carrotscarrot pie
3 eggs
300 g. sugar
1 glass of olive oil
300 g. flour
1 small pack of yeast
some salt

How to bake: Grate the carrots. Mix the eggs with sugar, oil, flour, yeast and some salt, then add the carrots. Put everything in a pie shape and bake for 20-25 minutes. Decorate with sugar or marmelade.
