Cake with coconut frosting

Ingredients:

for the dough:

250 g. sugarcake with coconut frosting
250 g. flour
2 eggs
1 spoon of honey
100 ml. milk
baking powder

for the glazing:

200 g. sugar
200 g. butter
4 spoons od milk
4 spoons of cocoa
grated coconut

How to bake:
Dough: Mix the ingredients until you obtain a dough. Place it on a tray with baking paper and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let the dough cool, then cut it in cubes.

Glazing:
Boil the ingredients until the sugar melts.

Roll the cubes through the cocoa glazing, then roll them in the coconut race.

Vol au vent with mushrooms

Ingrediente:

4 vol au vent
100 g. salted cheese vol-au-vent with mushrooms
mayonnaise
1 lemon
1 can of mushrooms
parsley
dill
salt

Cum se procedeaza: Grate the cheese (or cut is very small) and mix it with the mayo, grated lemon peel, juice squeezed from the lemon, dill and salt.
Add the mushrooms and mix well.
Stuff the vol au vent with this cream and decorate with parsley.

Vol au vent

Ingredients:vol-au-vent

250 gr. butter
250 gr. flour
1/2 glass of water
some salt

How to prepare: Mix a dough from the ingredients.
Spread it thin, then cut slices from the dough and form small baskets from it.
Bake the baskets in the oven on a tray with baking paper until crisp.
You can stuff them with anything (sour cream, mushrooms, etc..)

Saute of peas with broccoli and corn

Ingredients:

500 g. peassaute of peas with broccoli and corn

2-3 carrots

1 can of sweet corn

1 broccoli

dill

olive oil

salt

How to cook: Peel the carrots and cut them cubes. Boil them together with the peas and broccoli.
After they boiled, fry the vegetables in olive oil. Add the corn and let everything stew.
At the end, add salt and chopped dill.

Potato gratin

Ingredients:

1 kg potatoespotato gratin
200 g. cheese
100 g. butter
2 eggs
200 ml. milk
300 g. flour
salt and pepper
breadcrumbs

How to prepare: Boil the potatoes, then peel them and cut them slices.
Heat up the butter and mix it with flour, add milk and let it on fire until it starts to boil. When it cools, add the eggs, half of the cheese racd, salt and pepper.
Mix the sauce with the potatoes and put everything in a tray greased with butter and breadcrumbs. Add the rest of the cheese on top and bake in the oven until crisp.

Pizza with tomatoes

Ingredients:

one pizza doughpizza with tomatoes

300 g. tomato sauce

2 spoons of chopped chives

500 g. tomatoes

2 spoons of olive oil

cheese

salt

How to bake: Grease the spread dough with a spoon of olive oil.
Prepare the tomato sauce, mixing it with the chives, olive oil and salt.
Wash the tomatoes and cut slices.
Grease the dough with the tomato sauce and add the tomato slices on top. Then add the cheese cut slices and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Cream soup

Ingredients:

2 garlic clovescream soup
1 onion
2 spoons of olive oil
juice from a lemon
500 ml. vegetable soup
4-5 spoons of breadcrumbs
sour cream
parsley
salt and pepper
croutons

How to prepare: Chop the garlic and onion and fry them in olive oil. Add the lemon juice and the vegetable soup. Let it on fire until it starts to boil, then add the breadcrumbs. Ass salt and pepper and let boil for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with croutons, sour cream and parsley.

Christmas cake

Ingredients:

dough:Christmas cake

3 eggs
12 spoons of sugar
1/2 pack of baking powder
some lemon juice
100 ml. oil
100 ml. milk
12 spoons of flour

stuffing:

fruit jam

glazing:

200 g. white chocolate
200 g. black chocolate

How to bake:
Dough: Mix the eggs with sugar, baking powder and lemon juice. Add the oil, milk and flour and mix until you get a liquid dough.
Place the dough in a cake form and bake.
Let the dough cool. Cut it in half, grease the lower part with jam and cover with the upper part.

Glazing: Melt one of the chocolates. Spread it in baking paper and let it harden. When it starts to harden, cut shapes from it (tree, snowmen, stars…) and let them harden.
Melt the other type of chocolate and grease the cake with it. Decorate with the chocolate forms made earlier and let the chocolate harden.

Fruit cake with sweet cheese

Ingredients:

slices of fruit (pineapple, apples, oranges, etc.)

for the dough:

3 eggsfruit cake with sweet cheese
100 g. sugar
100 g. flour
50 g. butter

for the sauce:

juice from a lemon
gelatin
100 g. sugar
100 ml. water

for the cream:

200 g. sweet cheese
whipped cream

How to bake:

Dough:
Beat the eggs with sugar, add the flour and butter and mix well.
Place the dough in a cake form and bake for 30 minutes.

Sauce:
Mix the lemon juice with the water, gelatin and sugar. Heat up the ingredients until they melt, then let the sauce cool.

Cream:
Mix the cheese with the sauce prepared earlier and add the whipped cream.

Cut the dough in half, grease the lower part with half of the cream, cover it with the upper part and grease the whole cake with the rest of the cream.
Decorate with fruit.

Cocoa roll

Ingredients:

4 eggscocoa roll
4 spoons of sugar
4 spoons of flour
rum essence
1 spoon of oil

for the cream:

200 g. butter
200 g. sugar
3-4 spoons of cocoa

How to prepare:
Bat thee whites as foam then mix them with the sugar. Beat the yolks with the oil and then mix them with the whites. Add the rum essence and the flour and mix until you obtain a dough.
Place the dough on a tray greased with butter and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let the dough cool afterward.

The cream: Mix the butter with sugar and cocoa until you obtain a paste. Grease the dough with 1/2 of the cream and then roll it (with care). Grease the roll with the rest of the cream and decorate with whipped cream.
