Spinach pies

Ingredients:

dough:

1 kg. flourspinach pies
400 ml. water
1 pack of yeast
1 pack of butter
150 ml oil
1 spoon of sugar
some salt

stuffing:

1 kg. spinach
oil
tomato sauce
salt and pepper

How to cook: Mix the flour with the sugar, salt, yeast, water, butter and oil. Let the dough sit for 1 hour.
Boil the spinach and then fry it in oil with a little salt.
Spread the dough and cut in in big squares. Add spinach on each square, then fold it. Place the squares of stuffed dough on a tray greased with oil and pour over the tomato juice.
Bake the pies for 30 minutes.

Vol au vent with mushrooms

Ingrediente:

4 vol au vent
100 g. salted cheese vol-au-vent with mushrooms
mayonnaise
1 lemon
1 can of mushrooms
parsley
dill
salt

Cum se procedeaza: Grate the cheese (or cut is very small) and mix it with the mayo, grated lemon peel, juice squeezed from the lemon, dill and salt.
Add the mushrooms and mix well.
Stuff the vol au vent with this cream and decorate with parsley.

Vol au vent

Ingredients:vol-au-vent

250 gr. butter
250 gr. flour
1/2 glass of water
some salt

How to prepare: Mix a dough from the ingredients.
Spread it thin, then cut slices from the dough and form small baskets from it.
Bake the baskets in the oven on a tray with baking paper until crisp.
You can stuff them with anything (sour cream, mushrooms, etc..)

Stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients:

500 g. champignon mushrooms stuffed mushrooms

a small glass of olive oil

2 onions

dill

parsley

juice from a lemon

salt and pepper

How to cook:
Wash the mushrooms and separate the ‘hats’ from the other part of the mushroom. Chop small the small parts of the mushrooms, the onions and the parsley and dill. Mix them all with salt and pepper.

Fill the mushroom hats with the mixture prepared earlier, put them in a tray, add the oil and lemon juice on top and bake for 20 minutes.

Serve cold.

Stuffed potatoes

Ingredients:stuffed potatoes

15 potatoes
2 spoons of yogurt
sour cream
mayonnaise
salt and pepper
one small onion

How to prepare: Bake the potatoes in the oven on a tray. Cut 10 of them in half and smash the other 5 in a bowl. Take the middle out of each half of potato and put it in the bowl. Salt the potato halves and the ones in the bowl. Add the yogurt, the onion cut small and pepper in the bowl and mix the ingredients. Fill the potato halves with the stuffing, cover with sou cream and mayonnaise and serve.

Cheese cream with peppers

Ingredients:

one yellow mild peppercheese cream peppers
one red mild pepper
one red onion
250 ml. vegetable soup
one spoon of olive oil
basil
2 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper
salted cheese

How to prepare: Wash and take th stones out of the peppers, then cut them in slices. Leave some slices aside for decorating. Peel the onion and cut it slices. Heat up the vegetable soup and in the meantime fry in a pan in olive oil the peppers, the onion, the basil and the chopped garlic for a few minutes. Add salt and pepper and add 1/2 of the vegetable soup. Let the pan on fire for 10 minutes, covered, stirring from time to time, the uncover the pan and let boil for another 5 minutes. Then add the rest of the vegetable soup and the salted cheese cut in cubes. Leave it on fire a little longer, then decorate with the slices of pepper set aside earlier.

Eggs with asparagus

Ingredients:eggs with asparagus

asparagus

100 g. raced cheese

4 eggs

100 g. flour sauce

How to prepare: Boil the asparagus and put is aside. Cut the green part and mix it with the flour sauce and the races cheese, then add the 4 yolks. Pour the composition in 4 bowls greased with butter. Cover each bowl with a yolk and bake in the oven for 6-7 minutes.

Asparagus cream

Ingredients: asparagus cream

asparagus
butter
200 g. flour sauce
200 g sour cream
salt and pepper
cheese

How to prepare: Boil the asparagus cut pieces, then fry it in butter. In the sauce pan add the flour sauce (mix: one tablespoon of melted butter, flour and milk) and mix it all with sour cream, without boiling. Then add pepper and salt and serve with cheese.

Peppers and cheese paste

Ingredients: peppers and cheese paste

2-3 red peppers
1 yellow pepper
1 clove
2 small corms
cheese race
salted cheese
basil

How to prepare: Baked in the oven the cut peppers toghether with the garlic and corms for half an hour. Then let them cool and peel the peppers. Mash everything together with the cheese, add some juice that remained from the peppers while baking, add salt and pepper, cheese race and basil.

Cheese on a stick

Ingredients: cheese on a stick

afew slices of bread

a few slices of cheese

a few lettuce leaves

butter

How to prepare: Make sandwiches from 3 slices of bread and 2 slices of cheese (bread-cheese-bread-cheese-bread). Cut the sandviches in small cubes and stick in each cube sandvich one toothpick. Put the sticks into a tray with baking paper. Melt butter and pour over the sticks. Leave the tray with cheese on the stiks in the oven for 3-4 minutes. The bread should be slightly toasted and the cheese should soften, but not melt. Serve on a plate over lettuce leaves.
