Pickled cauliflower in vinegar
Ingredients:
1 cauliflower
500 ml. of vinegar
500 ml. water
2-3 bay leaves
pepper
2-3 tablespoons sugar (or honey)
celery
horseradish
How is done: Clean the cauliflower, wash and unwrap it and put in jars. Among the cauliflower put patches and horseradish and celery.
For the brine: Boil vinegar with water, leaves of bay, pepper and sugar (or honey). Let it boil a bit then pour it hot in jars. Let it cool then close the jars.
