Rustic pizza

Ingredients:rustic pizza

one pizza dough
5 green peppers
5 eggs
200g cheese
some olives
3 spoons olive oil

How to prepare: Wash the peppers and cut them in slices. Fry them in a pan with some oil.
Beat the eggs in a bowl then add the cheese and olives. Mix, then add the peppers and mix again.
Place the mixture on the pizza dough and bake in the oven 25-30 minutes.

Peasant’s pizza

Ingredients:

one pizza dough peasant's pizza
200 g. ewe cheese
200 g. cow cheese
200 ml. sour cream
2 eggs
dill
parsley
salt and pepper

How to prepare: Spread the dough and let it rest.
Mix the cheeses with the sour cream, salt and pepper, chopped dill and parsley and eggs. Pour the mixture over the pizza dough.
Bake the pizza in the oven until crisp.

Pizza with potatoes

Ingredients:

one pizza dough pizza with potatoes

cheese

4 spoons of olive oil

chopped rosemary

6 potatoes

salt

How to prepare: Spread the dough and let it sit.
Peel the potatoes and cut them in thin slices. Fry them in a pan with oil, rosemary and salt.
Grease the dough with 1 spoon of olive oil and place the potatoes on top. Add the cheese and bake for 20 minutes.

Pizza with artichokes

Ingredients:

one pizza doughpizza with artichokes

200 g. artichokes

cheese

parsley

1 clove of garlic

1 spoon of chopped chives

5 spoons of olive oil

salt

How to prepare: Spread the pizza dough.
Boil the artichokes, cut them in pieces and fry in 2 spoons of olive oil together with the chives, salt, chopped garlic and a little water.
Grease the dough with 2 spoons of olive oil and place it in a tray, also greased with olive oil. Add the artichokes and parsley on top and bake for 10 minutes. Add the cheese on top of the pizza and bake for 10 more minutes.

Onion pizza

Ingredients:

one pizza doughonion pizza

300 g. tomato sauce

chopped chives

marjoram leaves

3 spoons of olive oil

white wine

salt

How to cook: Spread the dough.
Prepare the onion sauce: mix in a pan 2 spoons of olive oil, chopped marjoram, chopped chives, salt, tomato sauce, the onion cut slices and 1-2 spoons of white wine. Let the sauce on fire until the onion softens.
Grease the dough with one spoon of olive oil. Add on top the onion sauce and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Pizza with tomatoes

Ingredients:

one pizza doughpizza with tomatoes

300 g. tomato sauce

2 spoons of chopped chives

500 g. tomatoes

2 spoons of olive oil

cheese

salt

How to bake: Grease the spread dough with a spoon of olive oil.
Prepare the tomato sauce, mixing it with the chives, olive oil and salt.
Wash the tomatoes and cut slices.
Grease the dough with the tomato sauce and add the tomato slices on top. Then add the cheese cut slices and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Vegetable pizza

Ingredients:

one pizza dough vegetable pizza

tomato sauce

2 courgettes

1 red pepper

1 yellow pepper

2 small eggplants

a can of mushrooms

3 spoons of olive oil

salt

How to cook: Cut slices the eggplants, courgettes (both without peel) and the peppers and grill them.
Spread the dough and grease it with a spoon of olive oil.
Mix the tomato sauce with the rest of the oil and some salt and grease the dough with the sauce.
Add on top of the pizza the rest of the ingredients and bake for 15 minutes.

Pizza

Ingredients:

one pizza dough pizza

some olives

soy granules

tofu cheese

one can of mushrooms

one tomato

one mild pepper

salt and pepper

ketchup

2-3 spoons of olive oil

How to prepare:  Boil the soy beans. Cut cubes the tofu cheese, mushrooms, mild pepper and olives.
In a tray on baking paper spread the dough. Lay on it the soy granules, the ingredients cut before, salt and pepper.
Bake for 10 minutes and serve with kethcup.

Pizza funghi

Ingredients:

one pizza dough pizza funghi

400 gr mozzarella cheese

some tomatoes

some fresh mushrooms

oregano

salt

olive oil

How to prepare: Spread the dough on baking paper. Add mozzarella pieces and slices of tomatoes. Sprinkle with olive oil and add slices of tomatoes on top. Add salt and oregano, then bake for 15 minutes.

Home-made bread pizza

Ingredients:

bread slicesbread_pizza
on cup of milk
100 g mozzarella cheese
150 g. cheese
2 mild peppers
2 tomatoes
2 eggs
olives
one can of mushrooms
2 spoons of butter
tomato juice
salt

How to bake: Cut the mozzarella in thin slices and the olives, tomatoes and peppers in slices or small cubes. Grate the cheese. Beat the eggs with some salt. Pu baking paper in a tray and grease it with butter. Soak the bread slices in milk and plac them on the tray. The spaces between them must be filled with pieces of breadsoaked in milk. Add tomato juice on top of the bread then add all the other ingredients prepared earlier. Sprinkle with cheese and grease the surface with the baten egg. Bake the pizza in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
