Vegetable cream

Ingredients:

500 g. green vegetables (spinach, cabbage, etc)
2 onions
250 ml. vegetable soup
1 yogurt
50 ml. sour cream
4 spoons of oil
salt and pepper
croutons (toasted bread)

How to prepare: Boil the vegetables.
Chop the onions small and fry them in oil.
Chop the boiled vegetables and add then in the pan with the onions. Let them stew a few minutes.
Mix everything with the mixer (or blender), add the yogurt, sour cream, vegetable soup, salt and pepper.
Serve with croutons.

Cream soup

Ingredients:

2 garlic clovescream soup
1 onion
2 spoons of olive oil
juice from a lemon
500 ml. vegetable soup
4-5 spoons of breadcrumbs
sour cream
parsley
salt and pepper
croutons

How to prepare: Chop the garlic and onion and fry them in olive oil. Add the lemon juice and the vegetable soup. Let it on fire until it starts to boil, then add the breadcrumbs. Ass salt and pepper and let boil for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with croutons, sour cream and parsley.

Mushroom soup

Ingredients:

1 can of mushroomsmushroom soup
some carrots
1 mild pepper
1 onion
1/2 cup of rice
1/2 cup of oil
some parsley
salt and pepper
spring onion

How to cook: Boil the rice. Cut in pieces the carrots, onion and mild pepper and cut the mushrooms slices. In a pan fry the vegetables (except the mushrooms) and when they are almost fried add the mushrooms and sald and pepper. Put 2 L of water to boil meanwhile. Add the fried vegetables in the boiling water, reduce the flame and let boil for another 15 minutes, then add the rice and the chopped parsley.

Leek cream soup

Ingredients:

2 pieces of leek leek soup

3 potatoes

1 / 2 cup milk

a few slices of bread

cheese

salt

How to prepare: Place the leeks in a pot, cut rounds, the potatoes, cut in cubes, and add water to cover the vegetables, add salt and boil everything. When the potatoes and leeks soften crush everything and add milk.
In a pan with some oil fry the slices of bread cut cubes and when they are fried sprinkle cheese over them. Add the pieces of toast in the soup and serve.

Shrimp soup with beans

Ingredients: shrimp soup with beans

1/2 bag of frozen vegetables
a clove of garlic
a can of beans
some rosemary
salt and pepper
shrimp (4-5 pieces)
some butter

How to cook: Fry the frozen vegetables in oil with garlic, add the beans, rosemary and a little water. Salt and pepper them and let them on fire 15-20 minutes. Then remove the rosemary and the garlic from the soup.
Meanwhile in a pan melt a little butter and fry the shrimps with a little pepper.
Serve the soup hot and add the shrimps in it.

Beans cream soup

Ingredients: beans cream soup

450 gr. of beans

a small onion

2 potatoes

salt

1/2 cup milk

How to cook: In a pot add the beans, the onion cut washers, cut potatoes, salt and water as to cover the vegetables. Let them boil until all vegetables soften. Then smash the ingredients and add the milk.

Peas cream soup with dumplings

Ingredients: peas cream soup

Soup:
1 kg peas
2 onions
100 g butter
1 spoon flour
1 yolk
2 tablespoons sour cream
spices

Dumplings
1 egg
100 g flour

How to cook: Fry in butter the onions cut small, add flour and then the peas. Let it fry a bit and meanwhile prepare a soup from 2 liters of water and spices. Pour the soup over the mixture prepared before and let it boil for 20 minutes. Then crush the peas soup (do not throw the water). Add the resulting paste back in the water, mix well and let it boil again.
Meanwhile, make the dumplings from the flour and egg and boil them separately in water with a little salt. After boiling, add the dumplings into the soup. Let it boil once more, and then let it cool. Add a yolk in the cream soup and serve with sour cream.

Spinach cream soup with dumplings

Ingredients:

soup: spinach cream soup
1/2 kg of spinach
1 spoon of butter
1 spoon of flour
1 yolk
1 cup of milk
spices

dumplings:
1/2 of bread
1/2 L of milk
2 eggs
1 spoon of butter
4-5 tablespoons of bread crumbs
spices

How to cook:

the soup: Boil the spinach, then add spices and a cup of milk in which you mix the flour. Let it boil for 20 minutes, then chop the spinach small small, without throwing out the water. Add the obtained pasta back in the soup. Put it back on fire for 5 minutes. Then let it cool and add the yolk.
for the dumplings: Cut the bread slices, soak it in milk and then pass it through the mincing machine. Mix first with the yolks, then add the whites beaten as foam, butter and breadcrumbs. Put some water on fire and let it boil with spices. When it starts to boil, add one spoon of the mixture at a time and wait until the dumplings are ready.

Courgettes soup with yogurt

Ingredients:courgette soup

4 courgettes
2 onions
50 ml oil
1 carrot
1 root of parsley
1 celery
50 g rice
some dill
a yogurt
1 egg
salt

How to cook: Peel, wash and chop the vegetables, then boil them in 2 liters of water for half an hour. Fry the onion in oil and add it in the soup. Add the rice and, after 15 minutes, the courgettes cut in small cubes. When all are cooked, add the yogurt mixed with eggs, salt and greens.

Bean soup

Ingredients:bean soup

300 g green beans
an onion
1/2 a glass of oil
2-3 tomatoes
100 g yogurt
parsley

How to cook: Boil the beans with the onion cut small. When the beans are almost boiled, add the oil and the tomatoes peeled and cut in pieces. Let it boil for 20 minutes. Mix the yogurt with a few tablespoons of juice from the soup and then pour it back in the pot. Serve with chopped parsley.
