Potato and carrot salad

Ingredients:

500 g. potatoes

3 carrots

1 leek (or onion)

2 spoons of olive oil

2 spoons of vinegar

juice from a lemon

salt and spices to your taste

chopped dill or parsley

How to prepare: Peel the vegetables and boil the potatoes. Grate the carrots and cut the leek small, then sprinkle them with lemon juice. Cut the potatoes small and mix the ingredients in a bowl. Add vinegar and olive oil, spices and salt and decorate the salad with dill or parsley.

Simple salad

Ingredients:simple salad

1/2 cabbage
3-4 carrots
juice from a lemon
1-2 apples
mayonnaise

How to prepare: Race all the ingredients, add the lemon juice and mix them all with the mayo.

Courgette salad

Ingredients:

2 courgettescourgette salad
2 onions
3 thin slices of bread
1 1/2 slice of salted cheese
oil
lemon
salt and pepper

How to prepare: Cut the onions in small rings and lt them soak in cold water. Fry the bread slices cut in cubes in a pan with some oil. Cut the courgettes in long slices and mix them in a bowl with the onions and the cheese. Add oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and – before serving – the toasted bread.

Celery salad

Ingredients:celery salad

one celery
one slice of apple
one spoon of yogurt
one spoon of mayonnaise
lemon
salt and pepper
2-3 leaves of green salad

How to prepare: Cut small the slice of apple and sprinkle it with lemon juice. Add the boiled celery, cut thin, the yogurt, the mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix everything. Place the green salad leaves in a bowl and add the salad on top.

Spinach salad

Ingredients:spinach salad

150 g. spinach
100 g. cheese
1 pear
salt
oil
vinegar

How to prepare : Boil the spinach and chop it. Cut the cheese and the pear in cubes and mix with the spinach. Add salt, oil and vinegar and serve.

Potato salad with fish

Ingredients: potato fish salad1 kg. potatoes
450 g tuna (canned)
some olives
pickled cucumbers
2 boiled eggs
mayonnaise

How to prepare: Boil the potatoes and crush them, then mix with the oil drained tuna (chopped fine), chopped olives (pitted) and salt. Add over a few tablespoons of mayonnaise and place the salad on a plate. Cover all with mayonnaise and add cucumber slices and boiled egg slices on the side.

Grapfruit salad with shrimp

Ingredients:grepfruit and shrimp salad

a grapefruit
some shrimp
salt
oil
a lemon
a lettuce

How to prepare: Boil the shrimps. Peel the grepfruit and cut it in slices. Wash the lettuce and chop it, then put it in a bowl, salt it and add lemon juice and oil. Add the shrimps and pieces of grepfruit and serve.

Vegetarian boef salad

Ingredients: boef salad

for the mayonnaise:
2 eggs
a peak of salt
juice from one lemon
oil
mustard

for the salad:
3 potatoes
250 g peas
4 carrots
a slice of apple
pickled cucumbers

How to prepare:
Mayonnaise: in a bowl mix the yolks with salt and mustard. Add oil little by little and then add lemon juice.

Salad: Boil the vegetables cut small (you may boil them together). Cut the apple and put it in a bowl, add the cooked vegetables and salt, then mix it with 4-5 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Decorate with the remaining mayonnaise, and add pieces of cucumber and onions.

Green bean salad

Ingredients:green beans salad

150 g green beans
1 spoon of oil
1 spoon of lemon juice (or apple vinegar)
minced dill or parsley

How to prepare: Wash the beans, then boil them. After boiling, drain them and place on a plate. Let them cool, then mix with oil and lemon juice (or vinegar) and sprinkle the minced dill (or parsley).

Potato salad with beet

Ingredients: potato salad with beet

3-4 potatoes

2-3 apples

150 g beetroot

1/2 cup oil

vinegar or lemon juice

How to prepare: Boil the potatoes in the shell. When boiled, peel them and cut in washers. Cook the beet in the oven or boil it, then cut it in slices. Peel the apples and cut them in slices. Mix the ingredients and then add oil and vinegar or lemon juice.
