Potato and carrot salad
Ingredients:
500 g. potatoes
3 carrots
1 leek (or onion)
2 spoons of olive oil
2 spoons of vinegar
juice from a lemon
salt and spices to your taste
chopped dill or parsley
How to prepare: Peel the vegetables and boil the potatoes. Grate the carrots and cut the leek small, then sprinkle them with lemon juice. Cut the potatoes small and mix the ingredients in a bowl. Add vinegar and olive oil, spices and salt and decorate the salad with dill or parsley.
