Vegan mayonnaise

Ingredients:

2 spoons of flour

1/2 cup of water

mustard

juice from a lemon

oil

How to prepare: Mix the flour with some water and put the rest of the water to boil. When it starts boiling pour in the flour and mix well until it gets thick. Let it cool, then mix it with the mustard and lemon jucie. Add the oil and mix well but slowly.

Sweet-sour sauce

Ingredients:

1 spoon of oilsweet sour sauce

1 red mild pepper

1 carrot

2 cloves of garlic

½ cup of melted sugar

½ cup of vinegar

2 spoons of soy-beans sauce

1 cup of water

some salt

1 spoon of starch

How to prepare: Cut the pepper and carrot in thin slices and chop the garlic. Heat up the oil and add the pepper, carrot and garlic. Let it on fire for 3-5 minutes, then add the melted sugar, vinegar, soy-sauce, water, starch and salt.

Vegetable sauce

Ingredients:vegetable sauce

2-3 tomatoes
1 parsley
4-5 carrots
1 / 2 spoon of oil
dill

How to prepare: Peel and wash the carrots and parsley. Cut them in slices and fry them in oil. Then add the cut tomatoes and let them boil about 10 minutes, then smash them. Boil the composition once more.

Yogurt sauce with mint

Ingredients: yogurt mint sauce

200 g yogurt
2-3 spoons of olive oil
1 spoon of lemon juice
1 clove
2-3 leaves of mint

How to prepare: Chop the garlic and mix with the other ingredients.

Salad dressing

Ingredients: salad dressing

1/2 cup of vegetable soup

dill or celery leaves or anything green like that

1 spoon of oil

2 tablespoons of vinegar

lemon peel

salt, pepper

How to prepare: Chop the dill and mix with lemon peel. Pour the soup, the oil and vinegar. Mix well and add salt and pepper.

Spaghetti sauce

Ingredients:spaghetti sauce

1 jar tomato paste

3-4 spoons of oil

4-6 leaves pf daphne

basil (or thyme)

6 pieces of garlic

1/2 spoon of salt

pepper

5-7 spoons of flour

water

How to proceed: Mix everything well. All done :)

Hot sauce

Ingredients:hot sauce

3 kg. green tomatoes and 1/2 kg. horse radish – milled

300 ml. of oil

3 spoons of sugar

1 jar of mustard

salt

1/2 packet of preservative

How to proceed: Mix all the ingredients and put them in jars.

Ingredients: vinegar sauce for salads

3-4 spoons of oil

1-2 spoons of vinegar (or juice from a lemon)

1-2 spoons of water

1/2 spoon of sugar

salt and pepper

How to proceed: Mix all the ingredients, adding salt and pepper according to your taste.

Sauce with mustard for salads

Ingredients:mustard sauce for salads

1 spoon of mustard

3 spoons of oil

1-2 spoons of vinegar (or juice from a lemon)

1 spoon of water

salt and pepper

How to proceed: Put the mustard on a soup plate. Slowly add the oil, steer well, then add the vinegar, water and salt and/or pepper, as you like.

Sauce with boiled yolk

Ingredients:sauce with eggs

2 yolks

1 spoon of mustard

3 spoons of oil

3 spoons of water

1-2 spoons of vinegar

salt and pepper

How to proceed: Mash the boiled yolks, mix them with the mustard and add the oil, water and vinegar. Add salt and pepper according to your taste.
