Christmas cake

Ingredients:

dough:Christmas cake

3 eggs
12 spoons of sugar
1/2 pack of baking powder
some lemon juice
100 ml. oil
100 ml. milk
12 spoons of flour

stuffing:

fruit jam

glazing:

200 g. white chocolate
200 g. black chocolate

How to bake:
Dough: Mix the eggs with sugar, baking powder and lemon juice. Add the oil, milk and flour and mix until you get a liquid dough.
Place the dough in a cake form and bake.
Let the dough cool. Cut it in half, grease the lower part with jam and cover with the upper part.

Glazing: Melt one of the chocolates. Spread it in baking paper and let it harden. When it starts to harden, cut shapes from it (tree, snowmen, stars…) and let them harden.
Melt the other type of chocolate and grease the cake with it. Decorate with the chocolate forms made earlier and let the chocolate harden.

Fruit cake with sweet cheese

Ingredients:

slices of fruit (pineapple, apples, oranges, etc.)

for the dough:

3 eggsfruit cake with sweet cheese
100 g. sugar
100 g. flour
50 g. butter

for the sauce:

juice from a lemon
gelatin
100 g. sugar
100 ml. water

for the cream:

200 g. sweet cheese
whipped cream

How to bake:

Dough:
Beat the eggs with sugar, add the flour and butter and mix well.
Place the dough in a cake form and bake for 30 minutes.

Sauce:
Mix the lemon juice with the water, gelatin and sugar. Heat up the ingredients until they melt, then let the sauce cool.

Cream:
Mix the cheese with the sauce prepared earlier and add the whipped cream.

Cut the dough in half, grease the lower part with half of the cream, cover it with the upper part and grease the whole cake with the rest of the cream.
Decorate with fruit.

Cocoa roll

Ingredients:

4 eggscocoa roll
4 spoons of sugar
4 spoons of flour
rum essence
1 spoon of oil

for the cream:

200 g. butter
200 g. sugar
3-4 spoons of cocoa

How to prepare:
Bat thee whites as foam then mix them with the sugar. Beat the yolks with the oil and then mix them with the whites. Add the rum essence and the flour and mix until you obtain a dough.
Place the dough on a tray greased with butter and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let the dough cool afterward.

The cream: Mix the butter with sugar and cocoa until you obtain a paste. Grease the dough with 1/2 of the cream and then roll it (with care). Grease the roll with the rest of the cream and decorate with whipped cream.

Chocolate foam with marzipan sauce

Ingredients:

200 g. chocolatechocolate foam
150 ml. milk
300 ml sour cream
whipped cream

for the sauce:
mint
100 g. marzipan
1/2 spoon of flour
200 ml. water

How to prepare:
Put the milk to boil and add in it the chocolate pieces. Let it cool, stirring from time to time (the chocolate must melt). Mix it with the sour cream and keep it in the fridge.

Mint sauce: Cut the marzipan in pieces and let it soak in water. Add flour and let boil until you get a creamy mixture.
Place the mint leaves in a small pan, cover them with water and let them on fire until it starts to boil. Take out the mint and mix this juice with the marzipan cream.

Serve the chocolate foam with the marzipan sauce and whipped cream.

Marzipan recipe

Ingredients:marzipan

500 g. almonds

1 glass of powdered sugar

1 teaspoon of lemon juice

2 eggs

How to prepare:
Grind the almonds until you get a sort of almond flour. Mix it with the powdered sugar, lemon juice and eggs.

Keep the dough in the fridge.
Mixed with different types of  liquor or food coloring you can make a multitude of shapes to decorate cakes or you can use the marzipan to make a whole cake or cookies.

Christmas cookies

Ingredients:

2 sticks of butterChristmas cookies

1 spoon of water

juice from a lemon

3 spoons of sugar

vanilla sugar

flour

How to bake:
Mix the butter until you get a foam. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar, the lemon juice and water, then add the flour and mix until you get a thick dough.

Let the dough rest for a couple of hours.

Spread the dough and cut shapes from it (tree, stars, snowmen, etc.). Place the cookies in a tray greased with butter and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients:

500 g. champignon mushrooms stuffed mushrooms

a small glass of olive oil

2 onions

dill

parsley

juice from a lemon

salt and pepper

How to cook:
Wash the mushrooms and separate the ‘hats’ from the other part of the mushroom. Chop small the small parts of the mushrooms, the onions and the parsley and dill. Mix them all with salt and pepper.

Fill the mushroom hats with the mixture prepared earlier, put them in a tray, add the oil and lemon juice on top and bake for 20 minutes.

Serve cold.

Simple salad

Ingredients:simple salad

1/2 cabbage
3-4 carrots
juice from a lemon
1-2 apples
mayonnaise

How to prepare: Race all the ingredients, add the lemon juice and mix them all with the mayo.

Vegetable pizza

Ingredients:

one pizza dough vegetable pizza

tomato sauce

2 courgettes

1 red pepper

1 yellow pepper

2 small eggplants

a can of mushrooms

3 spoons of olive oil

salt

How to cook: Cut slices the eggplants, courgettes (both without peel) and the peppers and grill them.
Spread the dough and grease it with a spoon of olive oil.
Mix the tomato sauce with the rest of the oil and some salt and grease the dough with the sauce.
Add on top of the pizza the rest of the ingredients and bake for 15 minutes.

Mint dessert

Ingredients:mint dessert

mint leaves

chocolate

2 spoons of milk

cocoa

How to prepare: Wash the mint leaves and separate them.
Melt the chocolate in milk, on fire. Grease the mint leaves with chocolate on one side and let them cool in the fridge. Grease them on the other side with chocolate and dip them in cocoa powder.
Serve as a dessert.
