Fried ice cream

Ingredients:fried ice cream

ice cream

corn flour

How to prepare: Roll ice cream pieces (fresh from the freezer) in corn flour. Fry them in oil for 2-3 seconds, then serve with chocolate syrup.

Vegan mayonnaise

Ingredients:

2 spoons of flour

1/2 cup of water

mustard

juice from a lemon

oil

How to prepare: Mix the flour with some water and put the rest of the water to boil. When it starts boiling pour in the flour and mix well until it gets thick. Let it cool, then mix it with the mustard and lemon jucie. Add the oil and mix well but slowly.

Sweet-sour sauce

Ingredients:

1 spoon of oilsweet sour sauce

1 red mild pepper

1 carrot

2 cloves of garlic

½ cup of melted sugar

½ cup of vinegar

2 spoons of soy-beans sauce

1 cup of water

some salt

1 spoon of starch

How to prepare: Cut the pepper and carrot in thin slices and chop the garlic. Heat up the oil and add the pepper, carrot and garlic. Let it on fire for 3-5 minutes, then add the melted sugar, vinegar, soy-sauce, water, starch and salt.

Pizza

Ingredients:

one pizza dough pizza

some olives

soy granules

tofu cheese

one can of mushrooms

one tomato

one mild pepper

salt and pepper

ketchup

2-3 spoons of olive oil

How to prepare:  Boil the soy beans. Cut cubes the tofu cheese, mushrooms, mild pepper and olives.
In a tray on baking paper spread the dough. Lay on it the soy granules, the ingredients cut before, salt and pepper.
Bake for 10 minutes and serve with kethcup.

Biscuits with cinnamon

Ingredients:biscuits with cinnamon

150 g. butter
150 g. sugar
4 yolks
350 g. flour
one spoon of cinnamon
a peak of salt

How to bake: Mix the butter with sugar and yolks until you get a foam. Add the flour, some salt and cinnamon and mix until you get a dough.
Let the dough rest for half an hour in the fridge.
Spread the dough and cut it in pieces. Lay the biscuits on a tray with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes.

Nut cookies

Ingredients:nut cookies

150 g. chocolate
150 g. butter
100 g. sugar
100 g. flour
150 g. nuts
3 eggs
a peak of salt

How to bake: Melt the chocolate on fire with a spoon of water, then add the sugar and butter. Pour this in a bowl and mix with the eggs, flour, salt and chopped nuts.
Put baking paper in a tray and pour the mixture. Bake for 20 minutes.
When ready, cut the cookie and sprinkle with vanilla sugar.

Macaroni with vegetables

Ingredients:

macaronimacaroni with vegetables
peas
broccoli
2-3 tomatoes
1/2 of an avocado
garlic
50 g. yogurt
50 g. cream cheese
50 g. raced cheese
2 spoons of olive oil
salt and pepper

How to cook: Boil the peas with the broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes. Fry the chopped garlic in oil and add the tomatoes cut small. Let it on fire for 2-3 minutes, then add the peas and broccoli, add salt and pepper and let it on fire for  more minutes.
Cut the avocado (peeled) in small cubes and mix it with the yogurt, cheese cream raced cheese and 3-4 spoons of water from where the vegetables have boiled.
Boil the macaroni and mix them mith the vegetables and avocado.

Baked omelet

Ingredients:

4 eggsbaked omelet
dill
80 gr. flour
some carrots
butter
1/2 L of milk
raced cheese
salt and pepper

How to bake: Fry the raced carrots in some butter. Add the flour and little by little, the warm milk. Let it on fire for 10 minutes, stirring from time to time. Then, take it off fire and add the chopped dill, raced cheese, yolks, salt and pepper. Add the whites beaten as foam and mix well.
Grease a bake form with butter and sprinkle with raced cheese. Add the omelet and bake for 30 minutes.

Pizza funghi

Ingredients:

one pizza dough pizza funghi

400 gr mozzarella cheese

some tomatoes

some fresh mushrooms

oregano

salt

olive oil

How to prepare: Spread the dough on baking paper. Add mozzarella pieces and slices of tomatoes. Sprinkle with olive oil and add slices of tomatoes on top. Add salt and oregano, then bake for 15 minutes.

Tiramisu

Ingredients:

3 eggstiramisu
60 g. sugar
vanilla sugar
1 spoon of red wine
200 g. cream cheese
6 spoons of coffee
28 biscuits
cocoa

How to prepare: Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until it becomes a foam. Add the wine and cheese cream. Mix well to obtain a thick cream. Beat the whites and add them to the composition.
Prepare the coffe.
In a tray, adda layer of cream, then biscuits soaked in coffee, then cream again and sprinkle cocoa on top. Add another layer of biscuits soaked in coffee, cream again and at last, cocoa powder.
Keep the tiramisu in the fridge until serving.
